Removing the constraints in PDK library

Customizing CDF Parameter(s) in PDK

1. Selecting appropriate Library Name and Cell Name

• GSMC_F018Q6E0
• HRPOLYU3

In this case

Choose CDF Type “Base”

Click on “Edit” box

Thus the constraint of minimum width is removed!

Edit Component CDF

Delete the contents
